In 2009, we opened our first mall location to give our customers the best possible experience with our products. Our Process

When you fill out the form below, you’re immediately connected with our seasoned mall kiosk experts, each and every single one of whom has owned, managed, or operated one ore more mall kiosks. If there’s a fit for you and us, you’re then tapped into our launch team - we have marketing, designers, trainers, and tech staff, all full-time and in-house at our offices in Philadelphia, and we’re all dedicated to your successful launch. 1. Sign on board

Once you're ready to sign, we'll send you our Distributor Agreement to review and answer any questions you may have. This agreement outlines your exclusive territory, minimum requirements, and other terms for your distributorship.

2. Initial Payment

3. Pre-Opening Training

Before you open, we'll send you training materials to help you familiar with your new business. We'll also assign you a personal trainer who can answer any questions about staffing, inventory, sales, or just about anything else. Don't worry, that's not your only training - there's hands on training once you open your kiosk!

Kiosk Design

A Mobile Outfitters designer will provide build plans for your kiosk, which can either be built locally in your territory or by one of our partners (if one of our partners, please allow 12 weeks before your grand opening, so your kiosk can be built and shipped to you.)

5. Place your order

It's important to place your first order at least 4 weeks prior to the opening date, to ensure it arrives before your opening. Customs delays can often prevent packages from arriving quickly, and we want to ensure ample time to reship any items should something arrive damaged. Also, we must receive payment for your order prior to shipment. Most initial orders are £10-£15k in size.

6. Scheduling Training

Once you have determined a grand opening date, let us know. We'll book your training dates to ensure a smooth grand opening. We'll also coordinate marketing efforts, and will promote your new store on social media, list in our online store directory, and more.

7. Grand Opening + Hands-on Training!

Before you open, we'll send you training materials to help get you familiar with your new business. We'll also assign you a personal trainer who can answer any questions about staffing, inventory, sales, or just about anything else. Don't worry, that's not your only training - there's hands on training once you open your kiosk!
